Each class is allocated a 60 minute time-block during which, coaches will guide you through a combination of warm-up, skill, movement, workout, flexibility work and cooldown. To ensure the highest quality training standards, correct movement and technique, all our classes are capped.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

CROSSFIT ROOKIE:
A class for those who seek functional full body training at a beginners level.
DC LANDMINE:
A class for everyone who likes hard work, sweat and long workouts! Are you sure you’re ready for this one?
OLYMPIC
WEIGHT LIFTING:
At this class we teach the art of Olympic weight lifting. Full body strength training with high emphasis on athleticism and mobility.
TEAM DC:
If you like to sweat with friends while sharing reps and rounds then this class is for you. Expect hundreds of shared repetitions and lots of fun! Bring your best workout buddy!
DC BEACHBODY
(ABS & GLUTE)
This class is for those who seek aesthetic training with a focus on your midline and bum. Be ready for a lot of core/lower body work!
DYNAMIC MOBILITY:
If you want to improve your mobility and flexibility then this class will improve exactly that! This class can also be utilized as a great cooldown after a tough workout!
CROSSFIT:
The sport of fitness. Master your bodyweight while also lifting heavy weights with good technique. In this class we turn you into a superhuman.
DC BEACHBODY
(PUSH & PULL):
This class is for those who seek aesthetic training with a focus on your arms and back. Be ready for a lot of upper body work!
AERO DYNAMIC:
This class has a focus on your aerobic conditioning. Expect long workouts executed at a medium pace. This class is a must for all athletes who wish to compete in any physical sport as well as a great calorie burner.
DYNAMIC HERO:
Want to challenge yourself like a superhero? If you’re not a quitter then this class is for you! Don’t be scared.. Or.. should you?..
